ABOUT AFE BABALOLA UNIVERSITY ADO-EKITI

Afe Babalola University Ado Ekiti (ABUAD) is a private institution founded by a philanthropist and a lawyer, Aare Afe Babalola in 2009. The institution is located in Ado Ekiti, along Ado-Ikare road.
Afe Babalola University has been accredited by the National Universities Commission, NUC. The University aims at reconstructing the educational system in Nigeria by providing skills and improving excellence.
The University operates a collegiate system and has six (6) such colleges. They are the College of Law, College of Engineering, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Pharmacy, College of Sciences, and College of Social and Management Sciences.
The University also runs a pre-degree and degree programs foundation for the above-listed colleges.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Here are the requirements for the aspirant of Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti. You can also check screening credentials for undergraduates by visiting ABUAD.

  1. Candidate must make Afe Babalola University Ado-Ekiti (ABUAD) its first choice.
  2. Colleges of Law and Medicine & Surgery shall accept five O’ Level Credits (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) results at one (1) sitting only.
  3. For other Programs, Five O’ Level Credits (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) results in one sitting or Six Credit Passes at not more than two sittings are acceptable
  4. Candidate must pass the Jamb cut off mark. Must score above 180.
  5. Candidate must at least be 16 years old before applying to Afe Babalola University.
  6. Aspirants must not apply with past UTME results.
  7. Apply with the current UTME results.
