Latest news on the abducted CUSTECH students

Welcome to schoolgisthub. Here is the latest news on the abducted CUSTECH students who were abducted on the 9th of May, 2024.

The eight (8) remaining abducted Confluence University of Science and Technology, CUSTECH students have been released by the abductors after paying the ransom.
Two students, Alih Caleb and James Michael were killed earlier last week.
The effort of the students association can not be over-emphasized as they committed their unwavering support to the abducted students. On May 22, The students visited His Royal Majesty, Alhaji Dr Ahmed Tijani Muhammed Anaje for the intervention of the abducted students. The Ohinoyi of Ebira land pledged his support to the students and promised their safe return.

The Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti Uduaghan visited the Confluence University of Science and Technology Osara on May 31st, to commonserate with the management. She also promised to support the State University in areas that need to be strengthened. The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Engr Abdulrahman Salawu Aspita urges the lawmaker to speak to the federal government to provide more support that could hasten the release of our students.

She’s a 400-level student studying Biochemistry.

    100-level student studying microbiology
  2. Damisa Rashidat.
    She’s a 100-level student studying microbiology
  3. Oluruntoba Blessing.
    A 300-level student in the Department of Chemistry.
  4. Obakachi Mashkura Onyioza .
    100-level student studying software engineering.
  5. Muhammed Abdulmalik
    He’s a 100-level student studying Information Technology.
  6. Godswill
    Godswill is a 100-level student studying software engineering.
    8.Hassan
    Hasan is also a 100-level student studying software engineering.
