University of Maiduguri Post UTME Eligibility Criteria

  1. Candidate ( UTME and DE) who choose the University of Maiduguri as their first choice during 2024 JAMB are eligible for the screening exercise.
  2. Candidate should score at least a minimum of 140 in line with the Jamb cut off mark. candidates should also score above the departmental cut off mark which has been indicated on the university websites.
  3. Candidates should choose the correct jamb subject combination for their course.
  4. Candidates should possess Five (5) O’level Credits In Relevant Subjects, Including Mathematics And English Language, In Only Two (2) Settings.
  5. Direct entry candidates must possess a minimum of lower credits at National Diploma or Higher National Diploma levels or Merit at the NCE level.

  1. Candidate that is eligible to apply should visit the school website putme.unimaid.edu.ng for their screening exercise.
  2. The candidate should Create a new account.
  3. Pay a Non-refundable Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only, only through the remita platform for the application form.
